#1: Why don't you charge by the hour or offer hourly packages?
We believe you should pay for a job well done, regardless of how long it takes us. This way, you do not have to track minutes and hours or worry about breaks or wasted time.
Additionally, all tasks are not created equal. An hour of skill-intensive tasks should not be treated the same as an hour of taking messages. Unfortunately, many inexperienced virtual assistants charging by the hour often find themselves needing to bill for more taxing tasks once work is completed.
Do you offer monthly support packages?
Absolutely! Many of our clients need the same support services each month. We create a custom package which includes those services, billed at a valuable monthly rate.
Is there a setup fee or other hidden costs?
No. The package price you are quoted is the price you pay.

Is there a long contract for monthly support?
Not at all! Each monthly support package is billed monthly in advance. Cancel before the end of the month and you will no longer be billed.
What tools do you use to manage projects?
We utilize the full suite of Google products including Groups for easy email and messaging, Calendar for appointments and tasks, Drive for file sharing, and Hangouts for instant chatting and video calling.
How do you handle billing?
For single projects, once you accept our price, you pay half at the start of work and the balance once work is completed as promised.
How will I contact my Virtual Assistant
Your Admin Angels team can be contacted via phone, email, Hangouts, or any other form of communication we agree upon. Brief direction calls are expected, but frequent calls or long calls are billed as consultations.
