INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Biz By Faith. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, create a legal
agreement between you and Biz By Faith, Inc., a Missouri Nonprofit Corporation.
Throughout these Terms, "Biz By Faith," "BBF," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the Nonprofit above, and "you" or "your"
refers to the person or business using our services.
By using Biz By Faith's platform ("Platform"), which operates on Go High Level's infrastructure, you agree to:
• Follow these Terms
• Let us process your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Pay the fees for services you choose to use
• Use the Platform legally and responsibly
If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Platform. Creating an account or using any of our services means you accept these Terms.
To use Biz By Faith, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the authority to enter into this agreement
• Provide accurate account information
• Use the Platform for business purposes only
• Full access to the Go High Level platform suite of tools, according to the plan that you purchase from Biz By Faith
• Biz By Faith's proprietary integrations and features
• Custom development services
• Customer support according to your plan
• Onboarding and implementation assistance
Our Platform includes custom tools and integrations that are protected by intellectual property law. You agree not to:
• Share or redistribute our proprietary tools
• Reverse engineer our implementations
• Use the snapshot feature to copy our configurations
• Share your access credentials
• Allow unauthorized platform access
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in:
• Immediate account termination
• Liquidated damages of USD $100,000 per violation
• Legal action
• Recovery of all legal costs
• All payments are processed through Biz By Faith Inc (United States of America)
• We use Stripe as our payment processor
• Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
• Plans and pricing are listed on our website
• We may update our pricing with notice
• All subscriptions are pre-paid
• No refunds on subscription fees
• Marketplace purchases non-refundable after 30 days
• Custom and/or Administrative work billed separately under separate negotiated agreement

• Chat Support: 7 days per week with 1-hour response time
• Email Support: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CST
• Business hours exclude United States federal holidays
We'll fix at no cost:
• Platform bugs
• Standard feature issues
• Account access problems
• Basic implementation support
Additional Administrative services are available and can include, but are not limited to:
• Custom feature development
• Advanced integrations
• Workflow customization
• Extended training
• Virtual Receptionist and Virtual Assistance Services
• Virtual Bookkeeping Services
• Virtual Assistant Services can be found on our main website.
• Separate Agreement needed before work starts
• Estimates provided on website may vary due to your customization requests
You must:
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share account access
• Update us if your contact information changes
• Report unauthorized access immediately
4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to:
• Use the Platform legally and ethically, without vulgarity, profanity, or violent portrayals
• Not violate others' rights
• Not attempt to copy our implementations
• Not use the Platform for harmful purposes
5. DATA AND PRIVACY
5.1 How We Handle Your Data
We:
• Process data according to our Privacy Policy
• Maintain industry-standard security
• Only use your data to provide our services
• Don't sell your personal information

You must:

• Discontinue certain features

7. TERMINATION
You can cancel your subscription:
• Through your account dashboard
• By contacting support
• With no refund for compensation for unused time or features

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the Platform
• Fail to pay fees
• Engage in harmful behavior
8. LIABILITY AND LEGAL MATTERS
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Lost profits or data
• Service interruptions
• Third-party actions
8.2 Indemnification
You'll protect us from claims arising from:
• Your use of the Platform
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
